Another interesting part of the sale order; the aloe brothers must have foreign investors or be from another country. Part of the sale order requires compliance with Executive order 13224 which deals with the sales of items and property to extra-national people or entities. Investigation showing that they have not or do not support terrorism or terrorist organizations of the Aloes and anyone that might gain from the sales of the property was written into the sales contract.
Other than that and some odds state and federal rules, the only requirements in the contract are that no part of the property may be used for a "licensed facility, as defined by 4 Pa.C.S. & 1103" (this law has to do with gaming I guess) and easements of 50 feet for the transportation wetland mitigation sites 1 and 2 found on the property must be maintained. The funny part of that is one of Aloes companies is part of wetland mitigation projects.
