Well I have a not so good update. The person I thought was the owner only owned a note on the property. The taxes haven't been paid since 2007. I talked to him this past Fri. and as of 4/1/12 they have officially abandoned the property. So before too long it will be sold to the highest bidder on the county courthouse steps! I personally give this place a 95% of becoming a parking lot in the next year or so.
