It's hard to tell with PC's the price's really ebs and flows. I know when Avalon Bay was doing the Danvers project the Danvers PC's went through the roof (with the help of a buyer known as Kaba/Karen!). I'm very interested in seeing if they still will bring that premium.

I'm hoping i can at least make some of the money back that i spent on all these cards. When i got that Danvers card it was about $100 so i'm looking for at least half that(dropped the starting bid down to $49). Those black & white Danvers cards that are always up go for about $25 so i'm hoping the close up of the admins can go for double, we will see.
Your right about the prices going up and down, the market for them changes all the time. I'm testing the waters now and if it don't seem like there is money to be made i'm going to pause selling then resume when things pick up.
As of right now i'm doing good for only having listed them for one day. I sold a Hudson double postcard for $25, Greystone Ward for $30 and a Weston for $25. We will see if the luck continues 
Also I'm saving all scans to upload to Asylum Projects 
Any particular Kirks your looking for WSH?
