Okay, so I was going to make a page for the Riverside Hospital in NY (on North Brother) but when I made it it automatically made it so it redirects to some other Riverside hospital. How do I undo this?
Also, how do I get it so when you click on Wards Island Asylum it redirects you to the Manhattan State Hospital?

Redirects are basically really simple pages. To see the redirect page, once you have been redirected to whatever page, just go up to the very top of the page and you should see in small print: redirect from and a link. Clicking on that link will send you to the redirect page. There you can edit it to create a full page.
Now to create a redirect: first type in the name of the redirect in the search area off to the left. This is to see if someone had already created a page with that name. If no one has, then when you hit search you will be prompted with a red link and asked if you want to create it.
To create a redirect is very simple just place this on the edit screen and hit save:
#Redirect [[Hillsborough Hospital]]
Where you place into the link the name of the page you want to redirect to.
Be wary though, because there is already another hospital known by the name you want. So I would do something to distinguish the two. Maybe put a small link up top like this page: Eastern State Hospital to help people find the other page if they were looking for that instead of yours.
