Can someone enlighten me as to why this card always seems to be fought over on eBay? This has to be the fourth time I have seen one of these Elgin Annex cards on eBay in just the last month and all have gotten a lot of bids and went for way too much money. I could see perhaps if it was the Elgin kirkbride, but the annex building???

I got bored the other day & spotted a cheap PC on ebay that seemed worth bothering to get. I didn't notice until I got it, there's a Confederate flag to the right. This is a PC from the early 1960s, don't think I want to know what was going on.

Think that might be a view of Kankakee's Kirkbride I haven't seen on a PC before. Other then the gazebo & the trees being taller, that view hasn't changed all that much.

The seller says that it is from the 1900s. Well I didn't know that Weston had time travelers from the 60s or 70s much less ones that were able to drive their cars through time!

So true, I recall the infamous Danvers " bookends" a couple years ago. They were just those generic metal ones found everywhere, they went for $40.

Its all about the Byberry tennis racket thing. Its too bad the Pennhurst card is so expensive, I would like to have that one, Pennhurst cards are rare enough and I've never seen that one before.
