I caught this on Facebook last night. Pretty sure it was in a post by Ethan.

This is an amazing collection of photos of the current interiof of the soon-to-be-demolished former Admin./Clocktower at Worcester State Hospital. I have never seen such a high quality collection and in depth study of the admin. (especially the unique floating staircase).

It's sad to think that it is all seeing the wrecking ball, those are some great pictures. I can only imagine what the place looked like when it first opened. They just don't make palces like this anymore.

Agreed. I can't believe there aren't more historical interior photos. I found it odd that there was a stairwell like that given that back in the day they were huge fire hazzards.

These are great photos! That guy had more guts than I would have walking up those admin stairs, they gotta be getting soft! I had never seen the bell before either, very cool!

I agree, great looking photos. That bell tower had to be really sketchy to climb into. One wrong move and the thing comes crashing down.
