I'm looking for the patient chart/records for Willmar State Hospital; Anna Post (birth: 26 Oct 1877, in Luxemburg, Minnesota) committed by courts on 1 sept 1903, and lived there until her death on 9 apr 1959 at the age of 82. It is important that I find her records; I am experiencing what may be similar Mental problems. Does anyone know where the charts records went when Wilmar State Hospital closed?
