On the property of the former institution is still located the old poor house cemetery. County records indicate that around 1,110 people passed at this facility, recording 438 buried on the grounds, however it is likely many more lie buried in unmarked graves as the 438 recorded burials only took place between 1908 and 1927. The 438 known to be buried in the cemetery have their graves marked not by a tombstone but by small tiles bearing an assigned number. Fortunately record of the names which correspond does still exist in Montour County records.
