Woodbridge Developmental Center, founded in 1965, Was an Intermediate Care Residential Facility for individuals with developmental disabilities. Prior to its closure, the facility was designed to accommodate 576 residents who live in 18 Cottages. Each Cottage could house 32 individuals. The facility was closed in 2015 with the site being vacant until 2020 when it was demolished to make way for a warehouse.
