Woodbridge Developmental Center, founded in 1965, Was an Intermediate Care Residential Facility for individuals with developmental disabilities. Prior to its closure, the facility was designed to accommodate 576 residents who live in 18 Cottages. Each Cottage could house 32 individuals.
