hello,how do I get in contact with former psychiatrist from this establishment? I ""was""" a former patient of Manteno State back in June of 1981! I was on the ""ward"" James2! Would anyone recognize my name (now?) A Miss Kay graham, (I'm writng some personal info about m-y time there & not sure how to get a hold of my medical files from there)!!!! Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!
